Residential Building – Munich Obermenzing

On behalf of the RH company group, an apartment building consisting of apartments, penthouses, and townhouses was built in the villa colony of Pasing.

The L-shaped building was built in the simple, straight, and plain Bauhaus style. The cubic components, which almost appear stacked, fulfill functions such as terraces und shade.

Ground-deep panorama windows create rooms that are flooded with light. Spacious outdoor facilities and a parking garage round off the high-quality construction project.

During the shell construction phase, 100% of the units were already sold.
